General information on how to upload a non-COUNTER report

NEW REPORT (Dec 2024)

CELUS is able to process the new non-COUNTER report from LexisNexis.

Please divide the report into two files:

  • first file containing only Sheet 1 ("Documents Accessed by Source")
  • second file containing the remaining sheets ("Sessions" and "Searches and Documents Accessed")

Please ensure the report matches the sample exactly, including the following details:

  • The data must be arranged in the same columns and rows as in the sample.
  • The header must be identical to the one in the sample.
  • All formatting, spacing, and alignment must be consistent with the sample.
