How can I deduplicate my journals in Celus?

Modified on Thu, 8 Aug at 1:35 PM

To get a list of all journals with recorded usage, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "All Titles" page.
  2. Use the filter option to select "Journals."
  3. Set the data range at the top to "All available" to include all records.

This will show you a list of journals with recorded usage. Please note, we can only display journals that have some recorded usage because publishers don't report journals with zero usage.

Regarding deduplication, we handle this process on our end as much as possible. However, if a journal appears with different ISSNs from different publishers (e.g., "ABC" with "ISSN-1" and "ISSN-2"), we cannot automatically merge these entries. The data provided by Celus is the most consolidated version we can offer. Any further deduplication, such as combining these records, would need to be done manually in a tool like Excel.
