Harvesting historical data

Modified on Mon, 15 May, 2023 at 11:05 AM

After you have set up your SUSHI credentials in CELUS, you will be able to download historical data as far back as the publisher allows. To access this feature, click on "SUSHI Management" in the left-side menu.

To begin harvesting historical data, start by selecting the platform or platforms you wish to harvest data from by ticking the box(es) next to each platform. You can select as many platforms as you have SUSHI credentials for. Once you've made your selections, simply click on the "Harvest" button to initiate the data harvest.

When you're ready to begin your harvest, a dialog will appear that allows you to choose the start and end date for the data you wish to download. Once you've made your selections, simply click on the "Start download" button. CELUS will then proceed to download all the available data that is not already in CELUS.

You may now safely close the harvesting dialog box. The data harvesting process will continue in the background, and your data will be available in just a few minutes (depending on the number of downloads and the current server activity of the publisher).

If you would like to check the status of your harvesting process, click on "SUSHI Harvests" in the left-side menu. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your current and previous data harvests.

On the "SUSHI Harvests" page, you will be able to track the progress of your data harvesting. If you want to open the harvesting dialog box again, simply click on the arrow located to the left of the platform name.

Rest assured that once your historical data has been harvested in CELUS, it is completely safe. We do not delete any historical data, nor do we impose any limits on the amount of space your data can occupy.
