Yes, you can export raw data from CELUS. To export optionally filtered data across multiple platforms, please use the reporting module (read more in this article).
There are two options to export raw data from individual platforms - exporting in CELUS format and exporting in COUNTER format.
To export all data recorded for a platform in CELUS format, navigate to "Platforms" in the left side menu and click on the "Data management" bar. Now click on the "Export raw data" button:
To export data in COUNTER format, click on one of the available (green) buttons under "Data export in COUNTER format":
