Overriding date range of a report (for all users)

You can run any saved report using different dates without changing the report's original configuration. This is particularly useful for read-only users who don't have permission to modify reports.

To adjust the dates for a report:

  1. Go to the Reports section in CELUS.
  2. Locate the "Override dates" slider in the upper right corner of the screen and enable it.

3. Once you activate the "Override dates" slider, a date range menu will appear at the top of your screen. Use this menu to pick the specific period you want your report to cover. Click "Close".

4. Run your desired report by clicking the green play icon next to it. You will see a Date override and the results of the report below the list of reports:

Overriding organizations (for Consortial admins)

If you're a consortial administrator, you can similarly adjust which organizations a report runs for without changing the report's underlying setup.

To do this:

1. Enable the "Override organizations" slider in the upper right corner of your screen:

2. A list of organizations will then appear in the upper left corner. Select the specific organizations you wish to    include in the report.

3. Choose the report you want to run and click the green "play" icon next to it. The results will appear below the list of reports.
