Non-COUNTER platforms processing in CELUS

Manual upload of non-COUNTER data works differently from the standard manual upload of COUNTER reports. Since non-COUNTER data does not follow a standardized format, we first need to review the report, evaluate whether we can process it, and determine how to integrate it into CELUS.

If you would like CELUS to process a non-COUNTER report that is not listed below, please send it to us at ask@CELUS.net.

✅ Important Requirements:

• The report must be in Excel format (.xlsx or .csv).
• If the report is in PDF format, we can still process it, but we will need to create an Excel template for you to manually transfer the data.
• The report has to contain monthly data (not just aggregated totals, not yearly data, not quarterly data, ...).
• In your email, please explain the metrics used in the report (e.g., what each column represents). However, do not modify the original file obtained from the publisher/vendor.
